The events leading up to 9-11. The leadership and courage displayed by the two F.B.I. agents for rocking the boat and taking on the top brass of our nation's top intelligence agencies, who failed to connect the dots.

Second - Enron, World Com, Williams Energies, Halliburton and Harken Oil companies. These corporate crooks destroyed the public trust of the American people. This represents two of the largest corporate bankruptcy scandals in U.S. History. Does the paper trail lead to the doorstep of the White House?

Remember the 2000 Presidential Election fiasco in Florida where 50,000 votes were thrown out and a Republican judge decided the outcome instead of we the people. Election Systems & Software, of Omaha NE, one of the largest suppliers of election machines, was involved in yet another controversy, the Flubbed Florida Primary. This is only the tip of the iceberg!

Guess who has major interest in the software that counts the votes? It is none other than U.S. Senator Chuck Hagel. Hagel was the election company's CEO in 1994. In fact Hagel was on the board of directors of the election machine company whose software counted his own votes when he ran for election in 1996. Wait, there is more evidence. Hagel's current campaign treasurer and former boss is Michael R. McCarthy, who runs McCarthy Group, which by the way owns a large percentage of Election Machines & Software located in Omaha. Election Systems & Software now in a web connected to the World Companies are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Omaha World-Herald Company. Why would Hagel, having interest in Voting Machines, want to run for Federal Office?? Is the fox guarding the hen house? This type of leadership is wrong for Nebraska. As you can see, this is fundamentally wrong and threatens true democracy in a web of conflicts of interest. This raises new questions about Integrity and Security of the elections all across the country.

This type of leadership only lends itself to more scrutiny and questions. This is like giving a kid an ice cream cone and telling him not to eat it.

Am I mad? You're damn right, I'm mad as hell. This is an American travesty.

The Nebraska people must know the truth.
