The Lancaster County Democratic Party wanted to thank you for all your hard work this session. We commend you for your dedication to public service and the sacrifices you make for such a service.
We appreciate your vote to override Governor Johanns' veto of the school aid bill. We are disappointed that you voted to sustain the Governor's veto of the appropriations bill and the revenue bill. The passage of those bills were vital to the health and wellbeing of the state of Nebraska and its most vulnerable citizens.
